ABOUT THE PROJECT
This 140 sq.m residence was envisioned as a refined contemporary living space that balances sophistication with comfort. The design approach focused on clean architectural lines, a calming neutral palette, and carefully curated accent elements to create depth and character. Natural wood finishes blend seamlessly with soft textures and muted tones, while statement wall features and bespoke furnishings introduce subtle visual interest without overwhelming the space.
Large windows invite abundant natural light, enhancing openness and spatial clarity throughout the interior. Thoughtful space planning ensures smooth circulation and functional zoning, allowing each area to feel connected yet distinct. Every material, finish, and detail has been selected to achieve durability, elegance, and timeless appeal, resulting in a home that feels modern, welcoming, and effortlessly cohesive.
Step by step project
The project began with an in-depth consultation to understand the client’s lifestyle, aesthetic preferences, and functional requirements. Concept development included mood boards, layout planning, and 3D visualisations to ensure clarity before execution. Material selection, color coordination, and furniture detailing were carefully finalised to maintain consistency across the space.
Execution was carried out with close site supervision, ensuring quality craftsmanship and timely progress. Each stage—from civil modifications to final styling—was handled with precision and attention to detail. The result is a thoughtfully executed interior that reflects both design integrity and the client’s personal vision.
